If any one of these 5 diseases occurs, then avoid fasting




No matter how much faith you have in God, fasting and ignoring your health is like playing with health.  If you are told that any one of these 5 is also a health problem, then you should avoid fasting -




 1 If the sugar level in your body is unbalanced or you are a diabetic patient, then you should not fast at all, because it can disturb your health to a great extent by unbalancing the level of sugar.



 2 If you have recently had an operation or surgery, you should avoid fasting because you will need adequate nutrition and energy in its re-preservation.




 3 If there is a lack of blood in your body, then avoid fasting and eat foods rich in iron.  Fasting can be messing with health when there is anemia.



 4 If you are suffering from heart, kidney, lung or liver related disease, then avoid fasting, as it will disturb your internal body systems and health will have to pay for it.




 5 Keeping your fast-fast even during pregnancy or becoming a mother can harm not only your health, but your baby's health.  If you have to fast at this time, then eat a diet rich in nutrition.
