 Main causes of heart disease:
 Smoking, drinking, indigestion, excessive fat and greasy food, high blood pressure, excess body fat, excess cholesterol, excessive anxiety and diabetes are the main reasons.
 Main symptoms of heart disease:
 - Chest pain or feeling of pressure on the left side or middle of the chest, breathing fast, sweating, feeling as if someone has tied the chest around.
 Occasionally, pain in other parts of the body such as shoulders, left arm, left side of neck, lower jaw, elbow or lower part of the ear without pain on the left side or middle of chest.
 - Stomach burning with pain in the chest, feeling heavy stomach, vomiting and physical weakness, nervousness and restlessness.
 - Diabetic patients may experience heart attack without pain or pain.
 How to prevent heart disease:
 - Avoid excess body fat, excess cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and extreme anxiety.
 - Avoid smoking, drinking, fat and greasy food.
 - Regular exercise, jogging for half an hour, following a regular routine, balanced diet, sleep for 6 to seven hours per day and take rest.
